There was a mistake made on my end . There's no problem with the company my credit card carrier supplied me with misinformation

I was sold a fake gold bracelet! I'm an excellent customer of yours and I believe someone made a mistake and didn't want to own up to it.

I put a Gucci chain and cross on layaway when I went to go get it wasn't what I put on layaway and paid for it was switched out I have and the number don't match I very upset about that I work hard to get it to be scammed like that, and I am a loyal customer spend lot money with easy pawn trying see what action going happening in this situation

To make a long story short my name is LaShonda love and my husband Corey ballet, we brought our brand new one month old television to EZ pawn on Mesa drive in Houston Texas around the end of July 2024 it stayed in there for 3 months we got it out November 1st 20 24. when we went to pick the television up it was around 6:40 close to closing time we went in paid for the television got it out, it was wrapped up with an excessive amount of tape and we didn't think nothing of it because we thought that's what they usually do.we left the store went home drove 5 minutes to the house got home unwrapped the TV and there it was, the TV was physically damaged, we called the store the next day.

I was on hold for a long time like as if they already knew that it was us calling to discuss our television. I got no success so we went to the store confronted them about breaking our television.it was a big altercation we left the store, we said we're going to sue and that was it so I call ez Corp to try to talk to somebody so I left several emails regarding our television

I have not received my W-2s and I cant file taxes without them. When I worked for EZPAWN I had ex-employees that complained as well, they havent received their W-2s.

I left a voicemail with my phone number. I really need this to be resolved, I would appreciate is you can send this to my email on file.

They sorted out my issue quickly and definitively without some grand roundabout. They are quick to help. Happy that they solved my issue.

I purchased a MacBook Pro. It was on Clearance as is no warranty.

I am a decent customer and I have never sold anything to the pawn shop, in West Helena, that wasn't worth the money I received. The laptop I purchased is obsolete and can not be updated. So the shop sold me TRASH. I would like a replacement.

I Left complaint with Crystal in corporate. Was told there would be a flag put on my items.

There was not. I hustled money to keep my items current which is what I thought I did at 1092fm stafford texas location. If you check my 2 current trancsactions for August, I ended up paying twice to save my items. The young lad who handled my first transactions did no do was I asked, when I went back to store.

Store mgr Juan to check my history, he completely ignored me , and left my presence He was completely rude. I really felt discriminated against with him. The next person I spoke with was Martin asst mgr he completely ignored my request to compare my monthly transcactions. Asst mgr Billy Coleman knows I have come in this store for month's to make same transaction which would keep me until the next month until I get items out again about every 6months.

SO Ive been spending my money there for quite some time. He handled my next transaction and stated that he tried to get store mgr Jaun to understand my dilemma but to no avail did he listen to Billy another asst mgr. Billy Coleman has always been around to watch me make this same tranaction and has always treated me with respect.

My complaint is I believe store mgr just didnt want to help resolve my issue, me a black man.I truly hope someone will get back with me speedily. Thanks to whomever this complaint gets to.

This message was left on my daughters phone for me. It's a number that has never been associated with me and is only on record with my employer as an emergency contact.

Seems this happened in 2012 and I owe over 1K in fees and interest. I never took out a loan and when I told him that being as it happened in 2012 the 7 years has passed and if in face EZ Corp sold any of my information without my permission, which they did because I never took out a loan, then they broke the law. I asked who I could speak to, and he immediately said it was private information that he could not provide. Furthermore, I said I'd look it up and call myself to report this phone call.

He said he'd note my refusal to pay and send officers and an agent on behalf of EZ Corp to my home to serve me? Then he claimed he was only an arbitrary agent and had no information he could give me, but he'd place me on hold to ask the courts and judge? I know that was a lie, I let him do it. He came back saying he could take a payment and set up a plan on behalf of EZ Corp or he would submit my no compliance and have me served and arrested at home on behalf of EZ Corp.

I asked for a copy of the recorded call and he said it was private? At this point I told him it was fine because I was recording the call would submit it to my attorney and local law enforcement along with his number for further investigation.

If anyone from beacon recovery group LLC which is not even accredited by the BBB calls and says you owe a payday loan from 2013. It's a scam!

EZCORP told me they get 150 calls a weeks about this issue. Do not fall for it. Do not sign the legal biding contact saying you will make monthly payments for a year.

It's a scam!!! Call EZ Corp report it and then call your law enforcement agency

I initiated a laptop rental from the West Valley branch of EZ Rent-to-Own. The initial laptop experienced severe overheating issues without any prior warning, resulting in discomfort and necessitating an exchange.

Unfortunately, the subsequent laptop had a persistent pop-up issue since its acquisition, despite my attempts to seek assistance from the branch manager, which went unanswered.

Due to personal circumstances, notably being homeless, I have been unable to return to the West Valley branch. Consequently, I have been subjected to multiple consecutive spam calls, despite my requests to avoid early morning calls due to my work schedule.

Regrettably, my attempt to address these issues was met with an unprofessional and, in my opinion, threatening response from the manager. No customer should endure such treatment regardless of the situation.

I strongly believe that the manager's conduct warrants attention, and I respectfully request appropriate action be taken. Although I will not seek further rental services after this experience, I hope that steps are taken to prevent others from encountering similar treatment in the future

I've been a customer going to Jerry's Pawn Shop in downtown Atlanta for years since I came to this city since 2016 I've always gotten okay service but there's been a lady who's been there the same amount of time and now she's a lead pawn and Associate her name is ronetta or ronetta whatever it is she's very rude mean nasty and I had a very bad experience with her in the past and for some reason when I come in she still tries to offer me service normally I'll try to ignore the lady but she still bothers me harasses me I've even seen her at a grocery store and she's tried to talk to me and I've ignored her and I've recently had an issue with my items I was working out something with the manager he wasn't there when he was supposed to be there I'll talk to Lou which is a very good pawnbroker and she just had to insert herself and get involved she wasn't she didn't have no knowledge of my situation she just wanted to use her power to do whatever she wanted to do or whatever she felt like would hurt me you guys need to fire this lady she's no good she's not a good person and she has terrible customer service and now because of her I might lose my items I'm tired of this lady and I'm going to report her to corporate as much as I can until she gets fired
